Founded in 1967 by Carl R. Moore and Rose M. Moore, Moore’s Garage has been a trusted name in automotive repair and towing for over five decades. Located in Felton, Delaware, the business began as a small-town garage with Carl’s passion for mechanical work and a dedication to helping his community. From his very first hand-built wrecker to a growing fleet of tow trucks, Carl set the foundation for a family business built on integrity, reliability, and hometown pride.

Today, Moore’s Garage is proudly owned and operated by Gary and Melissa Moore, carrying forward Carl’s legacy of hard work and honest service. The business offers full-service automotive repair and towing, handling everything from basic maintenance and diagnostics to light duty towing. Melissa

I’m Melissa Moore, Gary’s wife, and I’ve been a part of Moore’s Garage since 2004. In 2015, I joined the business full-time and have been running the office ever since, handling everything from scheduling and customer communication to the paperwork and day-to-day operations that keeps things organized behind the scenes.

Over the years, Moore’s Garage has grown through word of mouth, loyal customers, and a lot of long days. We’re proud of the work we do and the relationships we’ve built. Our shop isn’t just a business - it’s part of our life, and we treat the people who walk through our doors with the same respect and care we’d want for our own family. Adam

My name is Adam Moore, and I am proud to represent the third generation of our family business, Moore’s Garage, located in Felton, Delaware. Although I am not involved full time, I remain actively engaged in the daily operations - stepping in to help whenever needed and covering for my parents, Gary and Melissa Moore, who currently run the business. I also manage our social media, website, and marketing, helping share our family’s story and keep our community connected with what we do.

Looking ahead, my sister Amanda and I plan to continue the Moore family legacy when our parents retire. Together, we’re committed to carrying forward the same integrity, quality, workmanship, and community spirit that have defined Moore’s Garage for nearly six decades - while also bringing a fresh, modern approach to the future of our business.
